Pick up Process.

1. Log into your Crystella Account to retrieve your credits.
2. Purchase the Book Your Recycle Pickup using your free credits (You must be logged into your Crystella account)
3. Place your old empties into the Crystella box.
4. You will be sent a delivery label from Direct Freight Express (DFE), Please print label and stick it onto the box
5. Place the carton outside your address.
