In the vibrant suburb of Alexandria, a new chapter in the Bromic Group legacy was being penned. Amidst the bustling streets and the hum of creativity, Crystella, Bromic Group’s esteemed Water Division, was born.

Over 45 years ago, The Bromic Group embarked on its journey from Australia, establishing itself as an international provider of world-class solutions for heating, plumbing, gas and refrigeration. While Bromic’s diverse range of products touched lives globally, back home in Australia, a growing trend was taking shape.. The nation was moving towards a healthy and sustainable future, with water, leading the charge. Recognising this potential and the need for excellence in the water beverage category, Crystella emerged from its innovation hub in Alexandria.

With the full backing and support of Bromic, Crystella set out with a clear mission: to redefine the standards of the water industry in Australia. Our vision was to provide industry-leading commercial on-tap sparkling and still water solutions to workplaces and hospitality alike. But our aspirations didn’t end there. We expanded our offerings to include essential accessories like CO2 Cylinders and filters for homes and offices.

However, our journey is not just about delivering superior products; it’s about making a tangible difference. Sustainability is at the heart of Crystella. We take immense pride in the fact that each Crystella installation plays a crucial role in safeguarding our environment. With every system set up, we prevent hundreds of single-use plastics and glasses from ending up in landfills. Moreover, by reducing the need for imported bottled water, we actively reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

In our unwavering commitment to sustainability, we pioneered Australia’s first free recycling program for 2.2L CO2 cylinders, aptly named “Recylinder.” This initiative not only emphasises our dedication to the environment but also showcases our commitment to our community.

Launched pre-COVID, at a time when the world was on the brink of unprecedented change, Crystella stood resilient, echoing Bromic’s legacy of adaptability and excellence.
